The Kinesiology Department is dedicated to preparing future professionals through hands-on education in exercise science, strength and conditioning, coaching and sport studies. Your Cortland Challenge gift will allow us to enhance experiential learning by upgrading critical teaching and research spaces, including the Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Human Performance and Motor Control and Learning laboratories. These funds will directly support student learning, faculty-mentored student research and applied experiences that prepare our undergraduate and graduate students for successful careers and advanced study. By investing in our students, donors help ensure our graduates are equipped with the skills, knowledge and innovative thinking needed for career readiness and advanced study.
