The SUNY Cortland Economics Department aims to provide our students with experiential learning and professional development opportunities that will prepare them to be successful in the major and beyond. This includes hands-on classroom activities, such as simulations, as well as access to real-world experiences, such as the annual New York State Business Plan Competition, the New York Federal Reserve Challenge and working with the new SUNY Cortland Entrepreneurship Center. We would like to continue to provide these immersive experiences, however, our vision for our students does not stop there. With your support, we would also like to pursue initiatives that expand the breadth of opportunities available in our department.
